😍Food Post😍 - Boneless chicken, sweet potatoes, ketchup and broccoli... I’m not too sure what else can get better than that! The “bro” diet can get pretty boring and it can make you not enjoy food but it doesn’t have to be like that. If it fits your macros.... EAT IT! Proper nutrition is absolutely 🗝 in muscle development and recovery so why not make it enjoyable. -

Macro breakdown: 78g carbs 8g fat 60g protein... let me discuss the idea of your body only being able to digest “50g” of protein at a time. Don’t believe this. It’s nonsense because a 6”4 240lb male athlete is going to digest food differently than a 5”2 120lb female athlete. Everyone is different and each body digests most if not all the protein it is given! I recommend eating at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight or anywhere between 1g-1.5g per pound of body weight..
